This past year (2023) Claire was awarded Platinum sales and Top Team for KW Home Group. In 2021 and 2023 Claire was ranked in the top 10 agents at Keller Williams Innovation and achieved Plantinum Sales 2009-2017 with Re/Max. She was also ranked #73 in the top 100 Realtors at Remax in all of Canada in 2010. Claire has 4 children who were raised in the Wellington and Dufferin areas. She knows rural properties, rental/investment properties and cottage s as she owns them in Dufferin, Wellington and Haliburton-Hastings County.

Dave has lived in the Shelburne (Melancthon) area his whole life. Along with his family, he has always been very community focused and involved. Dave's background and education is in Civil and Environmental Engineering in urban planning and development. He loves to renovate homes and owns a rural property along with a rental property in the area. Dave has 3 children who have been raised in the Dufferin area.
